Q&A with Tom Bliss

In this week's Q&A session we're we're speaking with Tom Bliss. Former professional rugby player and now Coach at WIT Training and PT at Gymbox who regularly contributes to Mens Health. Check out his site here.

Daily routine
5am - Alarm
5.20am - 3 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, 1 avocado 
6.30am-9.30am - x3 Morning clients 
9.45am - Flat white + salmon, quinoa, sweet potato 
10-1am - x3 Lunchtime clients / class
1.30pm Lunch - Sesame chicken, dates, goats cheese, couscous 
2-4.30pm - Train + Post workout shake (using whey'd) / Coconut water
5-7pm - x2-3 Evening Clients
8pm - Dinner + Smoothie - most often berry with wheyd Strawberries & Cream 
10/10.30pm - Bed
Favourite snack?

Chocolate Buff Box Meals Protein balls !

If you only had 15 minutes to exercise what would you do and why?

Assault Bike Intervals + a bodyweight movement such as burpees!

Best tips for keeping fit & healthy whilst doing a busy job?

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. Always out on the go with prepped meals + snacks. I always take my diet with a pinch of salt too (not literally), I enjoy a weekly meal out as well as a weekly piece of banana bread / carrot cake!

Lots of small bouts of hard work adds up and goes a long way. If you only have 15/20 minutes to get a workout in - do it and get a sweat on.

 Favourite meal of all time? (doesn’t have to be healthy!)

Tough one! Has to be Hawksmoor Steak, chips & creamed spinach !

Surprising fact about yourself?

I was born in New York & have dual citizenship!
