Q&A

I’m a novice, can I do all the workouts?

Yes.

There are no technical movements (e.g. pistols or handstand walks) – so any member, of any standard, will be able to compete.

Do I need any equipment?

 No.

All workouts are bodyweight exercises to ensure everyone can enter.

I'm still doing some home workouts set by my gym, should I replace these home workouts with The Home Alone workouts?

No.

We recommend continuing to do your usual WOD that your gym might be posting online and either starting or finishing a session with The Home Alone workouts.

Our workouts range from a 7 Min AMRAP, a 2-3 minute sprint and a couple of longer ones :-) EASY!

Do I need to film the workouts?

In short, no. If you’re looking to take part to have some fun and enter your score, then it’s not mandatory.

That said, if you want to be eligible to win the prizes then yes you need to video the workout. We recommend a simple app such as WODProof that has a built-in timer.

As the prize pot is large, we need to double check the winner’s workouts to ensure they are correct. The same with any online competition.

If the competition has already started can I enter?

Yes but the deadline for entering & completing the first 2 workouts is 31st March, 10pm GMT.

Is there a deadline for entering workouts if I want to win the workout prizes?

Yes. See above.

To reiterate, you don’t have to enter by this time, but you cannot win the workout prize if you enter after this time.
