Avocado Tuna Sandwich

This sandwich is a pescatarian combo you might not have tried, but if you haven't, you should! We love it and that's why it's on our Fitness Inn menu!


  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 can tinned tuna
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice


  • In a bowl combine avocado, red pepper, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Use fork to mash and mix together.
  • Add and mix in the tuna
  • Serve in 2 slices of bread – mayo optional
