Avocado Tuna Sandwich
This sandwich is a pescatarian combo you might not have tried, but if you haven't, you should! We love it and that's why it's on our Fitness Inn menu!
Ingredients
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 can tinned tuna
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- In a bowl combine avocado, red pepper, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Use fork to mash and mix together.
- Add and mix in the tuna
- Serve in 2 slices of bread – mayo optional
