Our favourite post-workout shake

There are numerous ways to make and take a protein shake post-workout, but our favourite shake has to be a Strawberries & Cream, banana wonder!

Ingredients:
  • 250ml Unsweetened Almond Mylk
  • 1 scoop/sachet of Strawberries & Cream WHEYD Protein powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 10g (1 sachet) of Bioglan supegreens powder
  • Ice cubes (5 - 10) to cool
Method:

Add all to a blender and zap until smooth!

Macros:
  • 234 calories
  • 24g protein
  • 3g fat
  • 31g carbs (15 of which natural sugars)
