This shake is designed for one thing: to cheat your way through a 4-day weekend where there is more chocolate on display than a Christmas afternoon!
Quick, easy and something that'll get you through each day.
It "comes out" green (so no one will steal it haha) but tastes of chocolatly gooooooooooodness!
- 2 scoops of Chocolate WHEYD / Vegan AF
- Teaspoon of Spirulina / Greens powder (or use a handful of spinach)
- 30g of sunflower seeds (or similar)
- 200ml of milk / non-dairy milk
- Splash of milk (any kind)
- 1 Banana (frozen is better)
- Half an avocado
- Handful of ice-cups
- Optional KICK - 1 shot of coffee
