The Protein Cookies Recipe

Who doesn't love a cookie? Here's a way to make some protein ones that won't make you feel so guilty for having one… or two. Best part is they are 7g of protein per biscuit. 


  • Peanut Butter (Half Cup)
  • Coconut Sugar (Quater Cup)
  • Salt, Pinch
  • 1 Egg 
  • Baking Soda, Pinch
  • Vanilla WHEYD, Half Cup 
  • Coconut Flour, 2 Tablespoon 
  • Chocolate Chips


  • Pre-heat Oven to 180C
  • Combine peanut butter, coconut sugar, salt, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix till ingredients are well blended
  • Next add baking soda and choc chips, mix well
  • Divide dough onto baking tray, 12-14 cookies (can use baking paper to stop them sticking) 
  • Bake for 5-6 mins, till edges are golden brown
