The Protein Cookies Recipe
Who doesn't love a cookie? Here's a way to make some protein ones that won't make you feel so guilty for having one… or two. Best part is they are 7g of protein per biscuit.
Ingredients
- Peanut Butter (Half Cup)
- Coconut Sugar (Quater Cup)
- Salt, Pinch
- 1 Egg
- Baking Soda, Pinch
- Vanilla WHEYD, Half Cup
- Coconut Flour, 2 Tablespoon
- Chocolate Chips
Method
- Pre-heat Oven to 180C
- Combine peanut butter, coconut sugar, salt, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix till ingredients are well blended
- Next add baking soda and choc chips, mix well
- Divide dough onto baking tray, 12-14 cookies (can use baking paper to stop them sticking)
- Bake for 5-6 mins, till edges are golden brown
