The Protein Peanut Butter Bar Recipe
Love peanut butter? Try these bars, they are damn good… And yet another great way to get your protein in. Plus they are super easy with only 6 ingredients and a simple method.
Ingredients
- Quick cooking oats or blended oats, for finer texture (2 cups)
- Ground flaxseed (½ cup - optional)
- WHEYD (4 scoops)
- Honey (2 table spoon)
- Peanuts Butter (¼ to ½ cup)
- Banana (2)
- Put bananas into bowl and mash
- Add all other ingredients except the peanut butter, mix well
- Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 20 mins at 180C
- Pour over peanut butter (while hot) and spread
- Return to oven for an additional 10 mins
- Cool, cut into 6 or 9 bars and put in the fridge
