Quick & easy chicken fajitas
These Chicken Fajitas are so tasty you'll completely forget the fact your hitting good macros. Also a great dinner recipe that leaves you with lunch the next day!
Ingredients
- 160g cooked chicken breast
- 1 red pepper, sliced (or 2 half peppers of your choosing)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- Fajita seasoning (or make your own with ¼ tablespoon each of chilli & cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon each of paprika, cumin, ground black pepper & salt)
- 2 wholemeal wraps
Method
- Add the olive oil, garlic & onion to a hot pan – brown for 2 minutes
- Add chicken, peppers & seasoning on high heat for 3-5 minutes
- Microwave wraps for 30 seconds
- Add ingredients to 2 wraps and enjoy
- VOILA!
