The 'Easy Whey Protein Ice Cream' Recipe

This recipe is perfect for cutting down this New Year, don't stop indulging - just replace your sweet treat with this protein packed ice cream! It's 1 of your 5 a day too, remember you can always multiply or divide the recipe to make more or less. 


  • 5 Frozen Bananas 
  • 4-5 Scoops of WHEYD (could use our vegan powder)
  • 250ml, any kind of Yogurt 
  • 50ml, any kind of Milk


  • Put all ingredients into a blender, don't over-blend as this will heat up the mixture
  • Done! It's ready to eat right away (soft serve) or transfer into a container and throw it in the freezer for a more solid consistency
  • Whey ice cream can get very frozen, leave to thaw for 10-15 min before trying to serve. You can stir it once an hour for the first 4 hours of freezing if you want an extra satisfying smooth experience!
