Use this recipe as a meal replacement and it’ll to help get you into the magical calorie deficit. All whilst having a diet that’s enjoyable and therefore easy to maintain. 

Ingredients:

  • 24g Chocolate WHEYD
  • 25g Oats
  • 150ml almond or oat milk
  • 150ml of water
  • 1 x banana
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Blitz and drink slowly and watch the fat dissolve from your body.
