HAPPY PANCAKE DAY! - It has to be one of our favourite's. 

Right, so, how am I going to eat a bunch of pancakes without feeling like I'm messing up my Gym routine? 

Answer: Protein Pancakes! And these are just as easy as ordinary ones.


  • WHEYD Protein, 2 scoops 
  • Eggs, X2 
  • Baking Powder, Teaspoon 
  • Water or Milk, 6 Tablespoons


  • Mix the eggs, protein powder and baking powder in a bowl
  • Add the water or milk little by little until happy with batter texture
  • Cook in a pan!

This recipe will make 6-8 pancakes
