HAPPY PANCAKE DAY! - It has to be one of our favourite's.
Right, so, how am I going to eat a bunch of pancakes without feeling like I'm messing up my Gym routine?
Answer: Protein Pancakes! And these are just as easy as ordinary ones.
- WHEYD Protein, 2 scoops
- Eggs, X2
- Baking Powder, Teaspoon
- Water or Milk, 6 Tablespoons
- Mix the eggs, protein powder and baking powder in a bowl
- Add the water or milk little by little until happy with batter texture
- Cook in a pan!
This recipe will make 6-8 pancakes
