The Tofu Mousse Recipe

“A CHOCOLATE MOUSSE MADE OUT OF TOFU? COME ON NOW, YOU’RE PULLING MY LEG?”

WELL WE’RE NOT!

This unbelievably silky & comforting mousse is just what you need on a cold autumnal evening, after a long day of exercise. Packing a hit of protein, it will help you recover whilst tasting delicious.

Throw the ingredients into a blender or food processor (blend till smooth) & chill for at least an hour before serving. It doesn't get much easier than that; not to forget it's also vegan*, gluten free and super low in fat & sugar.

4 ingredients is all you need to make 4 portions!

  • Silken Tofu, 1 block
  • Chocolate WHEYD Protein, or Vegan WHEYD*, around 3 scoops
  • Cocoa Powder, around 6 table spoons of Cocoa powder
  • Honey, around 6 table spoons

Divide measurements by 2 or 4 to make half or single portion batches, we condone experimenting with our recipes- let us know if you made it better!
