Our INTRA formulation is made up of patented highly branched cluster dextrin. INTRA provides you with a Carb source which has a fast rate of gastric emptying and a higher molecular weight, helping improve athletic performance. 30-75 minutes - 30g - 50g 
120-180 minutes - 60g - 100g
