Workout 4 - Hop, Skip & Jump

12 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible), complete the following:

 

  • 50 Double-Unders*
  • 20 Line Burpees 

(Draw 2 lines 6 inchs apart)

 

If you can’t do Double-Unders:

  • 100 Single Skips
  • 20 Line Burpees

Scoring: most reps = best score

Score is total number of reps. So if you did 5 full rounds then completed 10 Double-Unders = score is 5 x 70 (350) + 10 = 360

Max score per round of skipping is 50 - so if you opt for 100 x single skips, you'll score 50.
